Even last minute additional guests were not a problem to you since you were extremely flexible to change the table plan even though at the time I thought that it was the end of the world!

The ability to have the stationery in either Welsh or English was very important to us and we thank you for your willingness to make the items in either language.

You completed orders before schedule and had packed them ready for collection in clearly labelled boxes with extreme care and arranged in an orderly manner.
